REAL Moxie, LLC takes giving back to the literal extreme. Our core mission is to GIVE BACK and we do this not only for our clients, by helping them grow their business, but to our exceptional staff members! 

We are proud to be a company that hires those who have brilliant minds but face challenges physically. They are intelligent, hardworking people who have daily struggles, special limitations, and extraordinary experience in overcoming obstacles. REAL Moxie, LLC is proud to offer employment to individuals that otherwise are unable to work in traditional, 8-5 jobs.  

Our staff are stay-at-home mothers caring for children with challenges, disabled veterans or individuals who have a physical challenge that cause them to be home bound. 

Since the internet is up 24 x 7, 365 days a year and almost all of what we do for our clients can be done remotely, our staff are able to work at their own pace and in the comfort of their own homes.

Minimum Requirements: 

  • Desktop/Laptop running current operating system and browsers
  • Skype, Zoom or FB Messenger, or some type of reliable video conferencing
  • Basic understanding of Social Media posting (adding links, scheduling creating posts, …)
  • Ability to track and evaluate posting reports (reach, impressions, likes…)
  • Good verbal/written skills

Although everything we do is trainable, we do have a list of desired skills. You do not have to have all of these, but it would be nice if you have experience in one or more of the following:

  • Blog writing
  • Content writing
  • Newsletters (MailChimp, Constant Contact…)
  • SEO
  • PPC/keyword reporting
  • Marketing
  • Business processes
  • Graphic design
  • Video creation
  • Website design/development
  • Website database programming
  • Reporting/Google Analytics
  • Sales
  • Customer Service
