Traditional Approach

The agent places an ad in a local home-centric Magazine. Only subscribers to that magazine see the ad and only a small percentage of them may be currently interested in buying a house. The ad allows only a limited amount of space and there is no way to ensure that the target demographic is going to see the ad.

Digital Approach
